I may not be a fan of New Year's resolutions, I do LOVE a January energy review to enhance my energy for the new year...
I love the chance to reflect on the year gone by, and plot towards a greater year ahead… from underneath my many many blankets.
What you'll need:
Pen & Paper (They can be as fancy as you like)
The 4-simple steps to a more energy:
Make a list of all the things that brought your energy up throughout the year—things, people, activities that made you feel great, pumped up, energized, or proud of yourself.
Make a list of things that drained your energy, kept you feeling depleted, or left you feeling 'meh'.
Go through your phone, check your photos and messages, and identify your energy ‘up’ and ‘downs’.
Open your 2025 diary and start booking in those energy boosters, scheduling them as a priority.
